Ft Laudy vacation photo 10 of 12: I FELT VERY AFRAID OF THESE WILD IGUANAS. They scurried all over the state park where we went canoing, and I spent 90% of my time in that boat tensed up & panicking one (or 25) might leap from an overhanging tree & onto my face at any second.

Park ranger guy told us they weren’t indigenous to the area, but rather brought here from Central America as pets however many years ago & set free by their asshole owners. Now the lizards have spawned a thousand times over & grown to A FRIGHTENING SIZE THEY ARE NOT MEANT TO BE. The entire situation has me very uncomfortable.
